Seagull Management

Seagull management is a type of office behavior where a manager flies in, makes a lot of noise, craps on everything and then flies off again leaving a big mess behind. More specifically this means that he only comes into the workplace on occasion when a problem arises or to criticize employees.

    Ik dacht dat gij dat woord ooit es op je blog had vermeld, maar na die te doorzoeken vond ik niks. Of hebben wij het daar gewoon eens over gehad bij één van onze “woord van de dag” momenten? :)
